We can manufacture preserved moss walls to your own design. You might wish to include logos, slogans or any other text. The logos and text  can be manufactured from different coloured moss or flat cut acrylic (available in 25 colours and various thicknesses), stainless steel or brushed aluminium.

Design process

Send us your ideas and we will produce a CAD design of your moss wall with exact measurements of both the complete wall and all the design elements including  moss type and colour, logo design and colour as well as font typeface and colour specification.

Manufacturing process for integrated moss lettering/logo designs

After you have approved the design we will begin the manufacturing process . If you choose integrated moss  lettering the design will be lasered into 12mm plywood and the logo or text boundaries will be delineated using blunt metal rule knocked into the lasered slots, as shown below:

The moss is then glued into the well defined areas as per the design specification.

Manufacturing process for acrylic, stainless or brushed aluminium lettering/logo designs

After you have approved the design we will begin the manufacturing process. The acrylic, stainless or brushed aluminium letters will be attached and raised approximately 4cm from the 12mm plywood which will be covered entirely in preserved moss. 

For large designs, sections of 12mm plywood will be hung together, if necessary the logo or text can span over more than a single plywood section as required.
